Login Policy

1. User Authentication

Users must enter a valid User ID and Password to log in. Passwords are provided during account registration. After logging in, a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered Email and WhatsApp for verification.

2. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA / OTP Security)

For enhanced security, OTP-based two-factor authentication is enabled by default. Users may disable this feature by navigating to My Account Info > Profile Settings.

3. Password and Profile Management

Users can update their passwords and personal details anytime through their profile settings. In case of forgotten passwords, the Forgot Password option allows resetting the password securely.

4. Login Attempt Limits

After 5 unsuccessful login attempts, the account may be temporarily locked. Unlocking requires OTP verification and identity confirmation.

5. Session Timeout

For security purposes, sessions will automatically expire after a period of inactivity (e.g., 15 minutes), requiring users to log in again.

6. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. The user will bear responsibility in case of unauthorized access due to compromised credentials.
