KYC Policy

1. Documents Required

• Self-attested scanned copy of PAN Card
• Self-attested scanned copy of Aadhaar Card

Documents should be clear, signed, and dated for authentication.

2. Data Collection

• Full Name
• PAN and Aadhaar Numbers
• Scanned documents
• Submission timestamp
• IP address and device/location info

3. User Consent

By proceeding, users give consent to use their Aadhaar & PAN data strictly for identity verification and legal compliance. Data is not shared without consent.

4. Usage of KYC Data

We use your KYC documents solely for:

• Identity verification
• Regulatory compliance
• Document linking and validation

5. Security & Storage

All data is encrypted and stored securely. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. Data is retained as per regulatory requirements (minimum 5 years).

6. KYC Rejection

Your KYC may be rejected if:

• Documents are unclear or not self-attested
• Information is incorrect or doesn't match official databases
• Fraud or tampering is detected

7. User Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your KYC data by contacting our support team. Requests are subject to applicable laws.

8. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the latest policy terms.

9. Legal Action in Case of Fraud

If fraudulent or forged documents are submitted, legal action will be taken under applicable IPC sections:

• IPC 417: Cheating – up to 1 year jail/fine
• IPC 420: Cheating & property delivery – up to 7 years jail/fine
• IPC 468: Forgery for cheating – up to 7 years jail/fine
• IPC 471: Using forged document – punished as if forged

10. Legal Disclosure and Compliance

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require physical/digital signatures.

It is published as per Rule 3(1) of the IT (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, regarding privacy policy, terms of use, and data rules.
