Users must log in using their registered mobile number and password, with the mobile number verified during registration and updated as necessary.
After entering credentials, users receive a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to their registered WhatsApp number and email, valid for 5 minutes, usable once, with a maximum of 3 requests per login attempt.
Passwords must include letters, numbers, and special characters; OTPs are randomly generated and encrypted; accounts are locked after 5 consecutive failed login attempts.
If you forget your password, visit the "Forgot Password" page. Enter your registered username (Registered number which should also have WhatsApp) and click "Send Password" to receive a temporary 6-digit password. Use this temporary password to log in and then set a new password for your account.
We prioritize your security. The temporary password is sent securely via email and WhatsApp. It is valid until you set a new password. Ensure your email and WhatsApp accounts are secure to prevent unauthorized access.
Users must maintain password confidentiality and report suspicious login attempts to support@getpanindia.in.
Non-compliance may result in account suspension or termination; unauthorized access attempts are subject to legal action.
