🔐 Login Policy

Introduction:- The GET PAN INDIA login policy prevents unauthorized users from logging in, securely stores the information of registered users, and allows only those users to access the digital services available on the portal.

Scope:- This GET PAN INDIA digital platform provides all users with PAN card services, certain Aadhaar-related services, all types of recharges and bill payments, along with many other digital services.

Login Process:- Users must log in using their registered mobile number and password, with the mobile number verified during registration and updated as necessary.

OTP Verification:- After entering credentials, users receive a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to their registered WhatsApp number and email, valid for 5 minutes, usable once, with a maximum of 3 requests per login attempt.

Security Measures:- Your credentials remain secure and are accessible only to our authorized personnel. , OTPs are randomly generated and encrypted. , Accounts are locked after 5 consecutive failed login attempts.

User Responsibility:- Users must maintain password confidentiality and report suspicious login attempts to support@getpanindia.in

Compliance:- Non-compliance may result in account suspension or termination; unauthorized access attempts are subject to legal action.

Policy Updates:- This policy may be revised for security or regulatory reasons. Users will be notified via email and website updates.

Use of Account:- Account use is strictly for lawful purposes. Fraud, spam, or illegal activity is prohibited.

Verification:- Your Aadhaar and PAN documents may be verified. Failure to verify may restrict access.

Account Deletion and Data Retention:- You may request account deletion anytime. Data will be retained as per our Data Retention Policy and legal obligations.

Account Credentials and Notifications:- Upon successful registration, login ID and password will be sent to your registered Gmail ID and WhatsApp number.

Legal Compliance and Fraudulent Activity:- If false information is provided or fraud attempted, legal action will be taken under Indian law and all user data such as IP address, mobile number, email ID, and device details may be logged and shared with authorities if fraud or misuse is detected.<

Changes to this Policy:- This policy may be updated over time with the introduction of new services, Please check regularly from time to time.

🔑 Password Policy

Password Validity:- Your current password will remain valid until you create a new one. You can continue using the existing password without any changes unless you decide to update it.

Password Reset Process:- If you forget your password, visit the "Forgot Password" page. Enter your registered username (mobile number) and click "Send Password" to receive a temporary 6-digit password.Use this temporary password to log in and then set a new password for your account.

Password Delivery:- We prioritize your security. The temporary password is sent securely via email and WhatsApp. It is valid until you set a new password. Ensure your email and WhatsApp accounts are secure to prevent unauthorized access.

Password Protection:- The password will be securely stored by us and will not be shared with anyone — not even with the user. To obtain the password, the user must follow the designated recovery process.
